Welcome to YourPA! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using any part of our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

YourPA provides remote personal assistant services tailored for real estate agents. Our assistants support your business with prospecting, cold calling, administrative tasks, follow-ups, and more.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

YourPA offers monthly subscription plans, each with defined service hours and features. Payment is required in advance for each billing cycle.

•All prices are in AED and are subject to VAT if applicable.

•Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Clients may terminate services with one (1) calendar month’s written notice via email to info@yourpa.ae. Services will continue during the notice period, and payment for that month will be due in full.

 

YourPA also reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

•You violate these Terms

•Payment is not received in a timely manner

•There is misuse or abuse of our staff or services

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. All information shared with YourPA and its assistants will be handled with discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or authorized by you.

In addition to these Terms, clients and assistants will be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement to further ensure confidentiality and data protection. This NDA is not covered within these Terms and will be shared and executed manually as part of the onboarding process.

YourPA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We strive for high performance, but results are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Notes on the NDA:

 

You should definitely use a separate, manually signed Non-Disclosure Agreement during the onboarding process. While the Terms can mention confidentiality, an NDA offers stronger legal protection and clear terms tailored to sensitive data, especially since your assistants deal with client leads, databases, and private communications.
