Subscription-Based Packages:
•You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@yourpa.ae.
•Cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
•Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for mid-month cancellations.
•In the rare case of service disruption on our end, a partial refund or credit may be applied at our discretion.
 
Custom Agreements or Long-Term Contracts:
•Custom terms will be outlined in your agreement and may differ from the general policy above.

Here’s how it works:
•After subscribing to one of our packages, you’ll be contacted within 1 business day to schedule an onboarding call.
•You’ll be matched with a dedicated assistant or team, based on your package and requirements.
•Tasks, communications, and performance tracking will be handled through tools like Trello, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, ensuring seamless collaboration.
•Assistants work the number of hours per day based on your package and report directly to you through agreed-upon channels.
